parents
promise to
offer their
child to the
Lord and to
dedicate
themselves
to rearing
the child

glory of
God. If you

baby or a
young child
and would
like to
participate,

your blue
card or fill
out a form
at the
Children's
Ministry
Desk. Your
submission
must be
received by
